About this project
Bindnagle Evangelical Lutheran Church is a historic Evangelical Lutheran church located in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The 2 story, Georgian style, brick building was built in 1803 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
B.R. Howard recently had the opportunity to visit the particularly well-preserved gem that still contained many of its original architectural finishes, the faux Swedish marble walls, and associated artwork. We provided analysis of the painted woodwork, murals, and faux finishes and performed cleaning tests in order to develop a conservation treatment plan.
